Dolphin

I am so very grateful and feel very honored actually, that a dolphin decided to swim alongside me on my walk on the beach yesterday. The dolphin was not more than forty feet into the water the whole time. It was remarkable!

Amazing Homes

I am grateful for people who have phenomenal imaginations! There are people who have created some remarkably cool and unique houses, which makes me smile!!!

Chunky Monkey

When I'm not feeling super hot and I just want some comfort I have various things I use. Today I am grateful for Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream, which is my FAVOURITE!

De-Bugging

I am very grateful that my father attended a retreat years ago called "De-Bugging the Bugs" and ten choose to become certified to help people de-bug their bugs. Yesterday my parents assisted me in clearing out some stuck energy from a past life and I feel substantially better today!

Wi-fi

I am grateful for wi-fi that works! I have been frustrated with the Internet here at my current home in Hilton Head so now I am going to be grateful for it when it works! I am grateful for the Internet that keeps me connected with friends and family around the world!

Red Wine

I am not so much grateful as I am appreciative of red wine. It is lovely to enjoy a glass with dinner and I am particularly partial to it while on vacation ;-)

Merry Christmas

Today I am thankful for all that I have and all the amazing people in my life. Merry Christmas everyone! May your day be full of love, laughter and food!!! :-)

Yoga

Love waking up and walking ten feet to get to a yoga class! I'm very grateful that yoga is included in our fitness club stay this week!!!

Safe Drive

I am grateful that my parents and I have arrived safely in Hilton Head! AND that I got to see two deer cross the 95 in Virginia!

Sleep

I am grateful for time and sleeping in. Sometimes my body just needs extra rest and today was one of those mornings. I am thankful for being on vacation and being able to sleep in :-)

Family

WOHOO! I am on vacation!!! We have begun our journey to Hilton Head :) Today I am grateful for the time I am spending with my aunt and uncle right now!!!

Clearing

I am grateful for the opportunities to continue clearing out emotional issues I may have, which the universe so lovingly provides for me.

Christmas Dinner

I know it's only December 19th and that technically speaking Christmas is on December 25th but here in the Buna house we celebrated tonight since mom, dad and I will not be here on the 25th. I am grateful that I got to spend "Christmas" with my family! I am also grateful for the wonderfully thoughtful gifts I received today.

Snow

Sitting in my living room and watching the snow fall is very peaceful. I am grateful for this time.

Smooth flights

I am grateful that my return from Vegas was quick, easy and smooth. Even customs! All he asked was, "where you coming in from?" I responded, "Vegas" to which he said, "have a good day"!

Honoring

Today is about honoring more than gratitude. I want to honor those who lost their lives yesterday in Connecticut. I honor each of you, you will not be forgotten. Thank you for having been here and for having shone your light.

Reaching

This morning we began our core team meeting with the song, Reach by Gloria Estafan and I am grateful for Bonnie's own approach to the meeting. Starting with this song made me smile :)

Hot Tubs

I am grateful for hot tubs today. Yesterday I soaked in the hot tub here at my hotel in Las Vegas with wonderful friends and it led to conversations of growth and clarity.

Treatment

I am grateful to my lovely friend Caroline Wong who just have me a crystal healing session. I love that I have such amazing people in my life that have such beautiful gifts to share with the world.

Crying

I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my love and appreciation of my amazing team. And have them just love me back when I cry like a baby!!!

I am very grateful that I am flying to Vegas this morning to meet up with my amazing core team family!

Greatness

I am so very grateful for the people in my life who constantly remind me to own my greatness.
I have come to realize that I am very good at owning what I need to work on, however I struggle a little bit with owning what I am good at. I happen to be good at many things and I just want to acknowledge myself for that!

Wizard Training Camp

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful that I have attended Wizard Training Camp with Peak Potentials Training. This morning at the Millionaire Mind Intensive in Orlando, FL we had a bit of a fury of people arriving. It has been a constant buzz and it has been wonderfully challenging for me. I keep reminding myself, with the assistance of a voice memory from a very good friend and co-worker; "I am a WEEEEEEEEEEEZARD!"

Teams

I am extremely grateful for the awesome people that I get to work with! They are just wonderful at what they do!!!

Ears

I am grateful for my ears. I know it sounds a little funny but it's true. They do so much! They allow me to listen to music, stories, movies, the ocean... They provide me with balance. Mine are also pretty good at equalizing when changing heights- such as flying (I'm very thankful for this last one because I fly a lot).
Overall I am just thankful for my ears!

Heart Opening

I am thankful for all the heart opening posses that every yoga class continues to bring into my practice, and by extension my life. I feel more grounded, connected and open.

Today I am simply grateful to be alive. I was born on this day 27 years ago :-) The family I have chosen and the friends I have made are what has brought me to where I am today and I am forever grateful to every person I have met on the way. Today I celebrate myself, just being me!!!

Pregnancy

I just found out that one of my good friends who has been trying for years to get pregnant, with her husband, is three months along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO grateful and SO excited for them! They are going to be amazing parents for this child :-)

Pay Day

I am grateful for the days that money appears in my bank account :-) Where I work we have a saying for that;
