21, 22, today...

I am so grateful for the ability that I have to go with the flow. I am thankful that I have learned to set intentions and have trained myself to trust that the universe has paid attention and is working to help me.

This is for yesterday the 20th... I am grateful that I have amazing people who love me in my corner at all times. When things occur that are disrespectful or unjust these people stand by me, give me support and encourage me to look at it differently. Thank you!

I am grateful for having the insight that I am good at what I do and that I can give feedback for people getting ready to speak on stage with confidence!

Heart Virtues

Today I am insanely grateful for the wonderful heart virtue session that I had with my friend Sarah. Our session was more than just heart virtues, it was about connection, understanding, exploration and acceptance. It was just a wonderful way to spend four hour and fourteen minutes of my day!

Not to mention an awesome yoga class an dinner/dessert with a great friend!

Rest

I am very grateful for having the time and space to return home and sleep! Even if it was all afternoon :)

Girl Time

Spending the weekend with girl friends celebrating the end of one of our own's single life was really fun! The best part about the whole thing? Sledding on dollar store makeshift placemats!!!

Valentine's Day

Everyday is full of love all around us but on Valentine's Day it is even more obviously abundant. This day is meant for people to showcase their love for the people in their lives, not just their significant others.
Yesterday I spent the day with my brother's girlfriend, Jaime, since he was out of town. We were each others Valentine's :) It was a wonderful afternoon with yummy snacks and dinner, wine and a movie. I am thankful for the easy, relaxing, delicious fun we had!!!

I have so many amazing people in my life and I am forever grateful to each of them for the support and love that they provide me with. I am honored really to have them in my life.

Mullens

Today I am grateful for having been given the gift of spending the entire day with two of my favourite people! Katie and Kelly Mullen! It was a wonderful day of catching up, of learning and of fun!

Warrior Angels

Today I am extremely grateful for the amazing people that I got to spend last week with. I spent a good chunk of time today writing out my love notes for each of them that I did not take time to do during the week. In writing them I realized just how beautiful each and every one of then is!

Wow

I know I have some catching up to do!

Last week was a week full of learns and lots of gratitude! I'll go day by day...

Sunday- grateful that my boss is as much my boss as my friend and trusted me with something near and dear to her.

Monday- grateful that I got to play on the ropes course and push myself!

Tuesday- grateful for being given a position I did not expect and for the amazing confidence and faith that people have in me.

Wednesday- grateful that I got to support the karma krew on my rotation and be called to various people in need.

Thursday- grateful for the opportunity to listen to the universe and trust that I was the prefect person for the task I was given!

Friday- grateful that camp was coming to a close and that the lives of 214 participants were changed, not to mention the 30 some odd staff!!!

Saturday- grateful for time spent on the rocks in Joshua Tree, I needed that!

Sunday- grateful to be home and able to rest all day!

Overall last week can only be summed up in one word: wow!
