Tanning

I am grateful for the day I got to spend on the boat planning and preparing for my best friends wedding! I am so excited to be part of her day!

Sunset

I am grateful for the beautiful sunset boat ride I got to take with my girls!

Massage

I am so grateful for the massage and body work that I took time to go and get done yesterday! I feel much better and relaxed.

Breakfast

I am grateful for my safe flight home and breakfast with my parents!!! 

Adventure

I am grateful that my life is full of adventures.

Food

I am grateful for one of the best meals I have had. My pistachio encrusted cod with pomegranate reduction was amazing at Palomino's tonight!

Color

I am grateful for my chakra color healing session with Caroline last night. I knew I needed work, had no idea I need some much color. 

Felt great to get reconnected and grounded again.

Today I am very very grateful for my friend Juicy who embodies love, joy and juiciness!!!

I am grateful for the amazing views and nature that I am currently surrounded by!!!

I am grateful for the people that show up in my life and remind me that I am creative and a child, because I sometimes forgot to honor those parts of me.

I am so very grateful for my friend Kelly and utilizing her gift of encouragement last night to get through some major 'stuff'. Breaking down is sometimes necessary before moving up.

Good nights sleep

I am grateful for having had a really good nights sleep for the first time in the past five days or so. I'm not used to not sleeping well. 

Also grateful for an awesome dinner and movie night with Chris and Daphne!

5-6-7-Today

Playing catch up again since I was out of connection.

5: I am grateful for the time spent driving with my brother. It was so nice to catch up and just chat.
6: I am grateful for the time I got to spend early in the morning alone on the dock at the cottage. It was so calm and peaceful and rejuvenating.
7: I am grateful for my amazing nap! I really really needed it and it was so nice to get some solid rest.
Today: I am grateful for the relaxed mode I am in. Reading my book, enjoying the weather and just being :)

Sleep In

I got to sleep in this morning and I am very grateful for the space to do that!
