Sibling time

I am grateful that yesterday before I left to come to LA I got to have breakfast at home with my brothers. I'm not sure when the last time was that just the three of us hung out. It was very nice and I am committed to it happening more often!

EWTC

I fly out today to Los Angeles to then drive out to Joshua Tree, California for Enlightened Warrior Training camp next week. I can guarantee that I will have several things to be grateful for while I am there, although I will likely not have internet connection to post these everyday. Therefore I will keep a list and post one long one when I return on Sunday February 2nd, 2013!

Today I am simply grateful that I am heading to camp :)

Sleep in

Technically I woke up at 5:30 to drive my parents to the airport and that's not sleeping in. However coming back home and going back to my warm comfy bed until 10:20 is :) I am thankful for sleep in time today!

Clarity

I love that my vision is getting clearer and clearer everyday!

Long Distance Friends

I am grateful that I got to see a great friend today. It's not often that we get to see each other so even if it was only for 7 hours, it's better than nothing :)

Inspiration

I am so very thankful for all the amazing inspiration that came from so many different sources yesterday about starting a youth community arts center. I am getting more and more excited about creating it because it is becoming more and more intricate in my vision!

Birthday dinner

Dinner out with friends and their friends is always a good time!

Productivity

I am grateful for days where I wake up and feel productive! I woke up today and have already balanced my bank accounts :)

Visualize/ Manifest

Grateful for my mom who joined me on my visualize/ manifest mission for my dinning room to be. We went "shopping" for pieces :)

Movies

I am very grateful for my wonderful movie collection! I am also very grateful for the awesome My Movies app that now has all my movies and tv series alphabetical!!! It even lets me loan a movie and then shows that the movie is currently 'out'. It's pretty sweet!

Seb

I am grateful for my younger brother Seb, who just took the time to write a workout for me. Now I just have to take the time to do it!

Baking

Today I am grateful for the time I spent baking cookies :) I don't often bake but I enjoy being in the kitchen.

Family dinner

I am grateful for having a delicious, entertaining and joyful family dinner/ birthday celebration for Daphne last night!

Bridal Show

I am grateful for getting to support Tina in her quest for everything bridal today! It was fun to see all these cool ideas :)

Girls night

I am grateful for arriving in Kingston safely and efficiently and even more for a fun and yummy sushi dinner with Tina and Manuela :)

Yoga

I did it again! I keep thinking I've written one and haven't!

I am grateful for time catching up with my friend Andrea over hot chocolate... I even got mini marshmallows in the deal!!!

Heart Virtue

And again I missed posting this yesterday...
I am grateful for my heart virtue session that I got to do with my good friend Karl, whom I adore! It was wonderful getting to facilitate the process for him!

Debriefing

I am grateful for the 55 minutes I spent debriefing with a wonderful and supportive coworker! It feels awesome to leave a conversation both having learned and feeling re-energized!!!

Reading

Today was a slow reintegration home so I am grateful for my kindle and some relaxing a mindless story reading :)

Home sweet home

Today I am grateful that we got home safely from our trip AND that I got to nap in my own bed!!!

Beautiful Sunshine

Yesterday I didn't get a chance to post, so here's yesterday's... I am thankful for the beautiful sunshine that graced us on our last day at the beach.

Mini putt

Grateful for relaxing and fun mini putt games with my parents today :-) Even though I lost both times!

Outlet

I am very thankful that I have created so many outlets for myself to be expressive and to let go of whatever is going on for me. I have blogs, my journal, my friends, my family and my crafts, which allow me the space to say what I need to say and to be whoever I need to be.

Anthony

Today I am grateful for my friend Anthony who is constantly challenging me to think/dream/intended and create bigger. This is the text I got from him yesterday "Happy New Year Veronica! 🎉. What will be in the 2013 chapter of your auto-biography?"
I very quickly and surprisingly easily responded with: "Oh Anthony how I love thee! First of all Happy New Year to you! And second of all 2013 is about being IN LOVE!
