For the next 365 days I will be posting something that I am grateful for in my life. This is really a blog for myself, however if you happen to stumble across it and are inspired or empowered to be grateful for things in your life that's AWESOME!

Day off
Yesterday was a physical 'day off', I took a day of no yoga or swimming or walking and I am not sure if my body is happy or unhappy with me now... I am however grateful for the relaxing my muscles got to do!
